Hi, I’m Kerrie
I didn’t always know I’d end up here, but after 25+ years working in community care and therapeutic roles—and doing plenty of my own healing along the way—this is where I’ve landed, and I love it.
I am a PACFA registered Clinical Counsellor working with adults and late teens in private practice in both Sydney and on the Central Coast NSW.
My deepest passion is attachment theory and understanding how our nervous systems work. I’m particularly drawn to working with people who are ready to shift long standing patterns.
My work integrates Somatic Experiencing (body-based trauma therapy), attachment theory, and other psychodynamic approaches. Aiming to restore safety, connection and vitality that may have been missing in the past.
I am a:
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner
Passionate therapist who brings care, empathy, and a deep belief in the possibility of change
At the core of my work is the understanding that you already hold the capacity to heal. My role is to guide and support that process.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m often bush walking, ocean swimming, travelling, or dancing. Movement and time in nature continue to shape how I understand what it means to feel at home in the body and in relationships.
